Our sizing gets you close; a professional bike fit gets your riding position exactly right. That’s why every new Pearson bike comes with up to £200 cashback on a fit, whether you buy online or through one of our partner dealers.
You can have the fit before or after delivery, with any qualified fitter you choose. We don’t run fits ourselves. If you’d like a recommendation, we can introduce you to experienced fitters we work with regularly.
This is the best route. If we have your fit data before your bike is built, we use it to choose your frame size and set up the contact points: bar width, stem length, spacer stack, crank length and saddle setback.
Prefer to start riding straight away? You can still have a fit afterwards.
We check your claim, then send your payout link to the same page and by email. Please complete these steps within 30 days of delivery. If you miss that window, you won’t be eligible for the cashback, but if you have a question about timing, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.
No. A bike fit is recommended, not required. That said, the entire Pearson build process is designed to use fit data. Without it, we size the bike from your measurements and experience. With it, we set up the frame size, bar width, stem length, spacer stack, crank length, and saddle setback based on actual data from your fit.
The resulting bike is genuinely built for you, not for an average. That is why we offer up to £200 cashback on a professional bike fit.
Yes. You are not required to use a specific fitter or a Pearson retail partner. A local independent fitter is perfectly valid. Submit the receipt and fit data within 30 days of delivery to claim the cashback.
Pearson does not operate a fit studio. Professional fits are carried out by external fitters. We encourage customers to use our retail partner network, which includes shops experienced in high-end bike fitting, but you are free to use any qualified fitter.
