Contact the trade teamOnce an order is submitted, our team will thoroughly review the information provided to ensure we have everything needed to begin the build process. This review includes verifying that all necessary details are correct and complete, and checking our stock levels to ensure that all components required for the build are available. If everything is in order, we will send the order details back to you for final confirmation. This step allows you to review and approve the details one last time before we proceed.
Upon receiving your approval, the order will officially go live. At this point, the necessary stock will be allocated to the order, and no further changes can be made, as the picking and preparation process will have already begun.
In cases where certain parts are out of stock, we will promptly inform you via email. This communication will include an estimated completion date based on the latest shipment schedules for the missing parts. Where possible, we will also offer suitable alternative components to help keep the build timeline on track, ensuring you have options if delays are anticipated.
Once your bike has been placed into the build queue, we will send you an email with an estimated completion date for the build. After the build process begins, our expert team will assemble the bike to the highest standards. Once the bike is fully built, it will undergo a pre-delivery inspection (PDI) to ensure everything is in perfect working order and ready for use.
Following the successful completion of the PDI, we will reach out to you to confirm a delivery date to your store. Upon delivery, the bike will be fully built and tested, ensuring that it’s ready for your customer to ride without any additional setup required.
ORDER PROCESS
Please contact us as soon as possible to notify us of any changes. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, once the build process has commenced, it is unlikely that we will be able to make any alterations to the agreed-upon build.
