On and On can take up to 43c tyres or 35c with a mudguard. This does depend on tyre/rim combination as it can vary between manufacturers.
The bike has been tested to a maximum total weight limit of 110kg. If you are near the upper end of this limit we would recommend regular checking on your spoke tension and wheelset.
The frame is designed around the T47 bottom bracket standard. In particular this is an Outboard T47 Bottom Bracket
Yes you can fit full length mudguards to the On and On

The following small parts are proprietary and we hold spares of these in case of damage or loss. Please contact us if you require any of these parts. Derailleur hangers, cable guides, seat clamp, seatclamp cover, headset top cap, headset spacers.
We only use Ceramic Speed SLT bearings in our headsets which come with a lifetime warranty.
