Every Pearson frameset (frame and fork) is covered for the owner’s lifetime, giving you complete confidence from your first ride and for every mile that follows. We stand behind our frames.

5-year Transferable Warranty
If you sell your Pearson within the first 5 years of owning, the next owner is covered within that 5-year period.

All third-party components have been carefully vetted against our standards to align with our commitment to quality, reliability and integrity.

What does Lifetime mean?
Lifetime is the lifetime of the frameset - which in theory should be, a lifetime. The frameset and fork is covered forever. But this only applies to the original owner.
5-year Transferable Warranty:
From first ride, to second owner, designed to extend support beyond the original owner and strengthen long-term resale value. Our 5-year transferable warranty covers the bike if sold within the first five years of owning, what is left of those five years is transferred to the new owner from the original purchase date.
How to Activate:
If you bought a new-brand Pearson before June 2025, your warranty will already have been upgraded.
New purchase? Register your bike within 60 days of being contacted by our customer service team to activate your lifetime cover. If not, unfortunately, it defaults to a 2-year warranty.
What’s Covered:
Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship that prevent the bike, frameset, or component from functioning as intended under normal use.
This includes:
Structural defects in the frame or fork caused by faults in materials or manufacturing.
Defects in paint, finish, or graphics caused by a manufacturing fault, for a period of up to 2 years from the date of original purchase.
Defects in Pearson-branded components, parts, or accessories originally supplied with the product, where caused by faulty materials or workmanship, for a period of up to 2 years from the date of original purchase.
Manufacturing defects that affect the safe or intended operation of the product under normal riding conditions and proper use.
Repair or replacement, at Pearson Cycles’ discretion, of any frame, fork, Pearson-branded component, or other covered part found to have a valid manufacturing defect.
Any third-party components supplied with the bike are covered by the warranty provided by their original manufacturer, typically for a period of 2 years, unless otherwise stated.
What’s Not Covered:
Incorrect assembly or installation.
Damage caused by accidents, crashes, neglect, unauthorised repairs, inadequate maintenance, or any abnormal, excessive, or improper use.
Damage caused by corrosion or environmental exposure affecting any part of the frameset or Pearson-branded components.
Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or the installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for, or compatible with, the product.
Failure to carry out servicing or maintenance at the recommended intervals, as set out in the Product Manual or other written instructions provided by Pearson Cycles.
Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic deterioration through ordinary use.
