At Pearson, we proudly offer ERE wheelsets, known for their precision engineering and exceptional craftsmanship. We stand behind the quality and durability of every ERE wheelset, offering a comprehensive warranty to ensure your peace of mind and satisfaction.
Warranty Period
ERE wheelsets are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty ensures protection against defects in materials and workmanship. If registered within 60 days of purchase, the warranty extends to a lifetime for manufacturing defects.

What the Warranty Covers
The ERE wheelset warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that were present at the time of manufacture or developed under normal use conditions, as well as issues arising from normal use and proper maintenance.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including the degradation of consumable parts such as bearings and brake tracks.
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper installation.
- Any modifications made to the original wheelset.
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the wheelset.
Crash Replacement Program
For extra peace of mind, ERE offers a crash replacement program. If your wheelset is damaged in a crash, you can replace it at a significantly reduced cost.
- The damaged wheel will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent alternative.
- The program is available only if the wheel has functional damage (optical damage is excluded).
- Conversion, freight, and duty costs are the responsibility of the customer.
