Upon dispatch, you'll receive a tracking number via email for your bike or accessory order, allowing you to monitor its journey.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Clothing Order?

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Can I Update My Shipping Address After I've Placed My Order?

Yes, if your order has not been dispatched, email us with your order number to update your delivery information.

Will My New Bike Be Ready To Ride When I Collect It?

When you book a collection for your bike from one of our partner stores, it will be ready to ride. Ensure to book your collection slot only after receiving confirmation that your bike is ready.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How Has Brexit Affected Ordering A Bike To Europe?

Brexit has not complicated ordering to Europe. VAT is removed at checkout, and additional information is available on our Brexit information page.

How Long Does It Take To Get My Bike Order?
