What Is The Weight Of The Frame?

The size 3 frame weighs approx 1490g and the fork 490g, both fully painted and finished, excluding battery.

What Is The Tyre Clearance?

On and Off can take up to 45c tyres or 35c with a mudguard. This does depend on tyre/rim combination as it can vary between manufacturers.

Does The On and Off Have A Rider Weight Limit?

The bike has been tested to a maximum total weight limit of 120kg. If you are near the upper end of this limit we would recommend regular checking on your spoke tension and wheelset.

What type of Bottom Bracket does this frame require?

The frame is designed to take the Mahle Pressfit BB86 bottom bracket which includes the Torque Sensor.

Can I fit mudguards?

Yes you can fit full length mudguards to the On and Off

What are the torque specs for the seatpost clamp, stem and thru axles?

Seatpost frame clamp - 12Nm. Thru Axles - 12Nm. Stem clamp - 6Nm

What Parts On The Frame Are Proprietary?

How is the On and Off safety tested?

We use the ISO4210 and EN15194 standard as a basis for the On and Off, then we also carry out tests above and beyond this test in certain areas.

Which bearings are used in the headset?

We only use Ceramic Speed SLT bearings in our headsets which come with a lifetime warranty.

Can I choose a custom colour paintjob?

Unfortunately this isn't something we currently offer on any of our framesets.

What Motor Do You Use?

The On and Off uses the Mahle X20 system which is designed around a rear hub drive motor and integrated battery in the downtube. You can find more details here.

Where can I fit a Di2 battery?

The Di2 battery can be inserted into the seatpost using the custom battery holder which is supplied with the frame.

Can I fit additional cargo to the On and Off?

Yes, there are mounting points on the fork blades alongside pannier rack mounts. The fork blades can take a maximum 5kg per leg, and rear pannier mounts max 10kg.
