The size 3 frame weighs approximately 940g and the fork 400g, fully painted and finished, including hardware.

The bike has been tested to a maximum total weight limit of 120kg. If you are near the upper end of this limit we would recommend regular checking on your spoke tension and wheelset.
Seatpost frame clamp - 12Nm. Thru Axles - 12Nm. Stem clamp - 6Nm

The frame is designed around the T47 bottom bracket standard. In particular this is an Outboard T47 Bottom Bracket
We only use Ceramic Speed SLT bearings in our headsets which come with a lifetime warranty.
The Forge can take a maximum 35c tyre or a 30c with a mudguard. This does depend on tyre/rim combination as it can vary between manufacturers.
The Di2 battery can be inserted into the seatpost using the custom battery holder which is supplied with the frame.
We use the ISO4210 standard as a basis for all of our frames, then we also carry out tests above and beyond this test in certain areas.
Yes you can fit full length mudguards to the Forge. It has hidden mounts under the fork crown, inside of fork legs, rear of seatstays, inside of chainstay bridge and a custom bridge to fix the mudguard between the seatstays.
